Hello I’m Anessa! Born and raised in the town of Medicine Hat, AB, I was immersed in the world of home design from an early age. Witnessing my parents purchase and transform personal properties and numerous rental homes sparked my interest for the art of creating living spaces. Even as a child, instead of colouring books, I found myself sketching home layout plans and designs, constantly intrigued by my parents’ creative endeavours.

Fast forward to “grown up” Anessa, I graduated from the U of L with a degree in Marketing and fulfilled my long-held dream of moving to Calgary. Immersed in the dynamic marketing and sales industry, I discovered an unexpected passion for fitness and holistic living. This newfound passion led me to compete in multiple bodybuilding competitions and establish a successful online and in-person training business. Helping others achieve their goals has became a deeply fulfilling endeavour, nourishing my soul and reinforcing my commitment to making a positive impact.
Throughout the years, a persistent thought lingered in my mind – a desire to combine my childhood interests with my love for assisting others. Finally I took the leap and acquired my Real Estate license, blending my expertise in home design and my dedication to helping clients achieve their dreams.
In this dynamic and ever-evolving world of real estate, I am here to guide, support and navigate the intricacies of the market alongside my clients. Why did you become a realtor?
It was always in the back of my mind and finally came time for a change and a new challenge. I took an interest in home design from a very early age which has carried with me my entire life so when deciding what path to take next I kept coming back to Real Estate (that and the push from my Realtor friend Taylor ;)) I thrive off of being a part of my personal training clients journeys and helping them reach their goals and Real Estate was another path I could be an integral part of something big for someone else.
Where do you like to travel?
Everywhere! 😜 Especially if it's hot hot hot.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I have a plane named after me.
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?
I don’t want to be cliche and say everything but I truly do love everything. Strategy, negotiations, the market is always changing and there’s always more to learn, meeting so many new people and building relationships with them. But possession day has got top it all! The excitement and pride my clients have is the BEST feeling ever.
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?
I rotate been business and self help books. Movies and shows are always ever changing! Music genre is wide spread but country and hip hop/rap are the usual go-to’s!
