Born in Europe to an entrepreneurial family, she inherited a natural understanding of real estate investing and through her work experience in hospitality roles she values creating transparent client relationships. Giedre is a dedicated, disciplined investor who has turned her passion for real estate into a career in Calgary.
Giedre continuously engages in various market analysis and educational programs to ensure consistent, pioneering performance as a real estate professional. She understands that she can’t change the world for everybody, but the right property can change somebody’s world. and that’s a great start.
Giedre and her husband are parents to two beautiful little girls and a beloved cocker-spaniel. She stays actively engaged with her community and is always looking for ways to contribute, whether volunteering at casino fundraiser or playground rebuilding projects in West Hillhurst and Brentwood. Besides English, she is fluent in Lithuanian and Russian, with some knowledge of Polish.
I love meeting people, bringing people together, and getting people what they want and dream of. Buying or selling a house or investment property is one of the largest financial transactions most people will encounter. It could be stressful, and exciting, for both the buyer and the seller. As a Realtor, my goal is to help to ease those challenges and calm nerves and crate wealth trough real estate. I understand that for my client is not only a house, but a home as well.
I love visiting “Club Med” resorts in warm climates and visiting my relatives in Chicago and Lithuania.
I came to North America with a bachelor’s degree in International Business and $300 in my pocket.
Where do I start…? I enjoy negotiations! However, the real estate profession isn’t just about properties. It’s also involves economics, markets, trends, regulations, strategy, finding deals, creating value, environmental issues, advertising and many more…
No favorite band, but I attended an outdoor Andrea Bocelli concert in Italy and Andre Rieu’s orchestra in Seatle, so as you can see I enjoy classical music. The last book I could not put down was “Good morning monster” by Catherine Gildiner (although it contains stories that are extreme and quite horrific with underling shocking actions). I enjoy watching Real Estate reality shows like Million Dollar Listings and Flip or Flop.
