Karolina Nagy
Karolina was born in Czechoslovakia and speaks both Czech and Slovak. She lived in Slovakia for much of her life before moving to the Mediterranean island of Cyprus in 2012. There she met her future husband and they moved to Canada in 2014, settling in Calgary.
Karolina studied Hotel Management and has worked in the hospitality industry in many countries. She and her husband own several properties and Karolina has managed Airbnb rentals while also working a full-time job and assisting with her husband's construction business. They bought and sold a few properties themselves, which inspired Karolina to pursue a career as a Realtor. This journey allowed her to combine her passions for hospitality and real estate, while helping others find their perfect home or investment property.

What is your favourite part of selling real estate?
My favourite part of selling real estate is finding the perfect property that matches my client’s needs and dreams. I love the excitement and energy that comes with this business, and there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a happy client. Their satisfaction is the greatest reward, and being trusted enough to receive referrals from their friends and network is truly an honour.
Where do you like to travel?
I absolutely love traveling to warm countries—the sound of waves has a way of calming my soul and helping me recharge while soaking up the sunshine. I’m drawn to places with rich history and vibrant cultures, and enjoy exploring their local traditions, architecture, and, of course, their cuisine.
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?
Books/Movies: Futuristic, Drama, Fantasy, Comedy, Romantic, Thrilers… examples: Friends, Big Bang Theory, Ozark, Breaking Bad, Beef, Eat Pray Love, Robert Kiosaki books..
Bands: Anything melodic and instrumental (Ehrling, Low Deep T..)

Something most people don’t realize about me is that I’m not just here to close a deal—I genuinely care about understanding your long-term dreams and finding a home that fits your lifestyle perfectly. I’ve been through the journey of buying, selling, and building a future, so I know how much it means to get it right.
