Born in the Philippines, grew up in Scarborough Ontario, now living in Calgary Alberta. Matthew likes to spend his Friday nights with friends and family, watching a movie, playing board games, and geek out with PC gaming. He also enjoys a competitive game of basketball and sometimes likes to get in the ring and put in a few rounds during his off days. Matthew is known for his strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and commitment to providing a positive, enjoyable, and stress-free experience for his clients. Why did you become a realtor?
Being once a buyer and previously working with a realtor, I desire to have the same impact on my clients as my realtor once had on me. That being said, I believe being a realtor and seeing your clients have that “Wow” look is definitely a reward of its own.
Where do you like to travel?
I have not travelled much, but I always enjoy seeing the big cities in the US; LA, New York, and San Francisco.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I can’t swim and I refuse to learn.
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?
Seeing all of these unique and cool homes throughout Calgary and creating social media content around those amazing homes and of course seeing clients joyful with both the experience and the house that they now call home.
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?
Some of my favorites movies and shows are Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Rush Hour, anything Marvel, and Ip Man.
