I work with buyers who are considering purchasing a new home, relocating to Sundre or an outskirt community, investing in the local market and 1st time home buyers to transition them to that next level of home ownership in their lives.

I work with my clients on a one to one basis to evaluate their needs and expectations by analyzing the continually changing real estate market. This involves giving a professional client care experience by introducing them to potential investments and opportunities in the market place.

We work together to find the right home. I walk my clients through the buying process step by step, handling all the paperwork and negotiations. I am present for the home inspection and all aspects of acquisition including the walk through on possession day. Client satisfaction is my number one goal.

When a client lists a home through me, I arrange a staging consultation if needed, have their home professionally measured and photographed. I also provide a comprehensive home evaluation to get the right price for today’s market so their home sells in a timely manner. I have found holding open houses effective to get maximum exposure to the public.

I provide effective advertising including high quality brochures for clients selling their homes and ensure a high internet exposure. I pride myself in helping my clients achieve their house buying and selling goals.

Why did you become a realtor?
I became a Realtor back in 2006 at the encouragement of my husband who seen the gift and potential in me to do well at Real Estate. At the time we were investing and renovating in our own Real Estate which I loved. It was a good fit for what I was already doing in my personal life. I also had my own business providing accommodations and property management for Spruce Meadows participants when they came to Calgary for equestrian competitions. Another area I was involved in before becoming a Realtor was relocation services to help corporate clients find rental properties when they were accepting a relocation position to Calgary. All these areas combined helped me transition into what I do and love today as a Realtor.
Where do you like to travel?
I love traveling all over and have done a fair amount of it. I like exploring new places and different types of adventures. My favorite is Europe for the history and architecture.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I met my husband in Israel on a Holy Land Tour and 5 months later we were married!
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?
I love helping clients transition to that next level of home ownership. Weather it be a 1st time home buyer which is so rewarding for me to be a part of that huge accomplishment and excitement. There are so many areas of transition when someone is deciding on their next home which could be upsizing, downsizing for retirement or moving from the city to rural. All these are very fulfilling and rewarding to be a part of helping people in this process.
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?
I love live theatre and live music. Mostly Jazz and Blues.
