Tella Beingessner-Kerr
Originally from Okotoks, Tella moved to Airdrie with her husband and daughter in pursuit of their first home. Through the process of buying a house for the first time, she gained a new appreciation for the real estate industry that sparked her passion. Tella began to spend most of her time dreaming of investment properties and searching new listings online. It was not long after that she decided to pursue a career in real estate.
As a Realtor, Tella’s first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients’ wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and she strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free.

Why did you become a realtor?
My passion for real estate began shortly after my husband and I bought our first home together. After going through the process myself, I realized how complicated buying a house is, how stressful it is and how emotional it can be. This new appreciation made me realize this is what I want to do with my life; I want to make the process of buying and selling real estate, easy, efficient, and exciting.
Where do you like to travel?
There are so many places I want to visit, but most of all, I would love to go back to Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. The colours of the natural springs are absolutely breathtaking, and the mountains are just… aaahh.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
Secretly LOVE salt water taffy. No matter how much is in front of me, I WILL eat it all. Once I start, I just can’t stop.
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?
The relationships and interactions, being in real estate allows you to connect with people in a way you don’t get to in many other careers.
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?
I mostly listen to classic rock. You can often find me cleaning the house, with Led Zeppelin ll playing in the background.
