I became a realtor because I saw an industry where I could excel in. I have a genuine heart for people. And as I dont seem to be motivated by money I am genuinely in this just to be of help. When i started i fell in love with seeing happy families. Whether they are happy over the price they are getting, or the ease of the process with me, or my honesty, I just love a job well done from being a faithful servant.
I haven’t begun to travel yet as I would like. I like going to the US and Nigeria but I am looking forward to more exotic locations the likes of Dubai and Holiday resorts in Africa.
Most people dont know I used to do ballroom dancing. From swing, to waltz, Salsa, etc. I engaged myself mostly in Latin Ballroom. It was fun.
Possession day. Not just because it’s pay day but it’s the culmination of a job well done. You have guided your clients through the process and now you are at the tail end of things. Going out looking at homes, handling deposits, home inspection, etc, this is the success story for each each individual client and they get to be grateful to you for taking this journey with them.
One of my favorite movies is Gladiator. It was an instant favorite for me. Not just that I like medieval era and it was a good movie but I like the heroes journey. He triumphed over insurmountable odds to make a name for himself. Sometimes real estate feels that way but I loved that move long before I got into real estate.
