Adam Vallier
My roots originated in Calgary, in 2009 my young family and I moved to Airdrie. I was attracted to the parks, pathways and strong sense of community. My career path began with 20 years experience holding an electrical specialty in the automotive industry, which presented networking opportunities seeding me into Real Estate and renovations. It was the early years of renovating our first home purchase, that enabled our opportunities to grow and create our family dream home a reality. Succeeding a job transfer to British Columbia for two years expanded my knowledge further, as we flipped another home before returning to our base in Airdrie.

Why did you become a realtor?
Why did you become a realtor?: Over the years my wife and I have renovated and flipped 3 homes, I truly enjoy how homes shape shift, as well as the specifics of the transactions. I have always wanted to be my own boss, collaborating with families and the community, to find a place they call home. My family have transitioned several times, it is the safe space created by people that make a home a true comfort everybody deserves.
Where do you like to travel?
Where do you like to travel?: There is so much to see in our own backyard, Canada. The mountains is were me and my family love to visit. If I need to pick a warmer destination it would be the Caribbean.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?: The last two years I am in the process of re-building and modifying a 2-seat, CH701 airplane. I enjoy teaching my sons precise building skills, as well as putting rivets in together as a family slowly witnessing it take shape.
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?: Possession day, witnessing people express their joy and excitement moving into their new house, in a short time creating a home.
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?: My favourite movie would be Wall-E. Not a word is spoken in the movie until half way through, yet almost an entire story is told with body language.
