Alina Vandergaast

I grew up in Cobourg, Ontario. After getting my commercial pilots license, I moved to northern Ontario – a little town called Red Lake – to bush fly into small fly-in reservations delivering food and passengers. I also created and taught a ground school program for new pilots - teaching was a new found passion of mine! After finally settling in Calgary, I began a career in real estate and gravitated towards first-time home buyers to pursue my passion for teaching and helping others! I love being able to connect with first-timers (having bought my first home before becoming a realtor myself and remembering all the questions I once had!) and turning a maybe confusing process into an exciting one! When I am not working, I visit my cottage in Ontario, go dirt biking, skiing and – most importantly – spending time with family.
