My name is Baldeep Sidhu, but everyone calls me Balu. I’m a Calgary based realtor with a background in customer service and sales. I spent more than ten years helping people find the right phone and plan before following my passion and moving into real estate. I’m a proud dad of two and I love cooking, making videos, and exploring Calgary’s growing communities. What drives me in real estate is helping families feel confident and cared for while making one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Why did you become a realtor?
I became a realtor because I love people. I’ve always enjoyed helping others choose what fits their life best. Real estate lets me use my sales experience, my communication skills, and my passion for Calgary to guide families through a big moment with confidence.
Where do you like to travel?
Anywhere warm. I love visiting India and I enjoy quick family trips to Vancouver.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I play guitar and write my own little melodies for fun. It helps me relax and stay creative.
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?
Meeting new people and building long term relationships. I love when clients feel excited and supported from the first showing to possession day.

I love Ryan Serhant’s books. I also enjoy motivational content, cooking videos, and anything that helps me learn or level up.
