John Los Banos

With 15 years of experience in photography and videography, 5 years in Marketing, and 8 years in Business Intelligence I.T., I wanted to bring my expertise to an industry where not only can I use my skills, but to also allow me to have more financial freedom and allow me to spend more quality time with friends and family. I also have been interested in Real Estate for while now, so I am glad that I finally jumped into it.

I love to Travel, however I have only been to the Philippines, and all over the United States. I would love to travel around the world to experience the different sites, food, and culture. I would also would love to Film and do Photography of all the places I travel. The places I really want to go next is Japan, Thailand, Mexico, and Italy.

One thing that most people don’t know about me is that I am an Adrenaline Junky. I have sky dived, scuba dived, bungee jumped, raced motorcycles, flown small airplanes, and I still love to ride mountain bikes, and snowboard.

Getting to know people and being able to help them out is honestly the best part of Real Estate. I know that the money can be good in the Real Estate Industry, however I believe that money is just a direct result of providing the best service that you can give to a client, and also a direct result of being a good and honest person.

For books, I really love reading Sci-Fi novels. My latest novel that I love is Project Hail Mary which I hear is being made into a movie which will be released in 2026. For movies, I love action, drama, and comedy, and if you can have all these in one movie, the better. One of my favourite movies that has all three is Forrest Gump. My favourite show of all time is Breaking Bad with Game of Thrones coming in second. For music, I do love 90’s to 2010 Hip-Hop and R&B.
