Why did you become a realtor?
Why did you become a realtor?: After more than a decade in the fitness industry, I discovered my true passion is helping people achieve their goals and guiding them through life-changing decisions. Real estate allows me to do just that—supporting clients through some of the biggest investments of their lives and making sure the journey feels informed and personal. Being part of this process is incredibly rewarding to me.
Where do you like to travel?
Where do you like to Travel?: I have spent the most time in Mexico, getting married in Puerto Vallarta, vacationing in Playa Del Carmen, and living in a surf-town called Puerto Escondido for 6-weeks. However, I'm now looking to expand my horizons, I think a Europe trip or Southern South America is next on the list!
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?: I have held the provincial record in the Snatch (olympic weightlifting) since 2022. Putting 130kg/286lb up above my head at 81kg/178lb bodyweight. We will see how much longer this lasts as records were meant to be broken!
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?: I love the behind-the-scenes preparation that goes into a successful transaction. From getting to know my clients' goals, to diving into market research to ensure the best results. Whether it's to negotiate the lowest price for buyers or receive the highest price possible for sellers.I also enjoy the personal side of real estate, whether it’s working with other agents or connecting with my clients. Negotiating, collaborating, and clear communication are skills I’m always developing. Being part of my clients' excitement throughout their real estate journey is incredibly fulfilling!
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?: My favourite book is "The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho. It came to me at the perfect time, it's a must-read! In terms of movies I'm always good for a cheesy action movie but my favorite movie is probably Happy Gilmore.For music, EDM is where I spend most of my listening, but I enjoy most genres. My wife is Venezuelan so I like to try to move my hips to some Salsa and Bachata!Lastly, the best TV Show of all-time is Breaking Bad, it's going to be hard to convince me otherwise.
