Leane EL Haddaoui
Originally from Vancouver, my husband and I made the move to Calgary to build a life here—and that’s what led me into real estate, where I’ve spent the past five years growing my business and working with incredible clients.
If this feels like a “welcome”… it is—but also isn’t. Redline has been home for most of my career. I did a very short “field trip” away (we’re talking four months 😅) and quickly realized there’s no place like home—so here I am, back where I belong.
Before real estate, I spent 17 years with Fairmont Hotels, where I learned what true client service looks like. Today, I bring that same “Fairmont-style” experience to every client—high-level service, attention to detail, and care that’s tailored to you.
Outside of work, you’ll find me singing on the worship team at church on Sundays or serving on council—community is a big part of who I am.
As a realtor, I pride myself on being honest, approachable, and someone you can trust. I aim to be more than just your agent—I’m your guide, your advocate, and sometimes the voice of reason when you need it most. Every client is different, and I adapt to your needs while always giving clear, honest advice.
At the end of the day, it’s all about relationships—and helping you move forward with confidence.

When we finally decided to sell our house there was no question as to who we would use.
Right from the moment we met Leane El Haddaoui she was super helpful and consistently updating us for 2 years on different homes that checked the boxes for us. There was never any pressure from her to choose her, she was just very mind and helpful. When we finally decided to sell our house there was no question as to who we would use. She came and did a walk through with us and helped us figure out a game plan for getting the house ready to sell. She made herself available to us at every opportunity to support our needs and help us with directions or even completing tasks for us. She made it possible to even go on vacation while the final stages of the sale were completed allowing us to relax and enjoy some hot weather while we could trust everything was being taken care of. 10/10 service from Leane and highly recommend!

Why did you become a realtor?
After 17 years in hospitality, I realized I still loved working with people… I just didn’t want to work weekends, holidays, and double shifts anymore 😅 Real estate gave me the chance to keep serving people—but in a way where I could build my own business and actually be part of life-changing moments.
Where do you like to travel?
Anywhere with water, good food, and a little bit of luxury. If there’s a beach, a nice hotel, and I don’t have to cook—I’m happy.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I studied Classical Voice and still sing regularly at church—so yes, open houses could get a live performance if the mood is right. 🎤
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?
That moment when everything comes together—conditions are waived, keys are handed over, and my clients are either crying, celebrating, or both. It never gets old. Also… a well-negotiated deal is very satisfying.
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?
I’m a mix of everything—give me a feel-good show, something a little dramatic, and music I can either relax to or sing along with. (Occupational hazard: I will critique vocals thanks to my classical voice background.)
What is your favourite quote?
What is meant for you will never miss you.” (A good reminder in both life and real estate… especially in multiple offers 😅)
