Originally from Bolivia and now proudly based in Calgary, I bring a unique perspective to real estate, blending my South American roots with Canadian drive and professionalism. I’m a licensed REALTOR® with a passion for helping others make confident, informed decisions whether they’re buying their first home, fresh start in a new city, or making a long-term investment.
With experience across diverse industries and a strong interest in public service, I believe in doing meaningful work that improves people’s lives. I’m a huge music lover, a frequent traveler, and someone who’s committed to living every day with purpose and presence. Why did you become a realtor?
To make connections, help people out and make some money at the same time. Have a huge passion for architecture and interior design and love visiting homes because of it!
Where do you like to travel?
Anywhere as long as I am travelling, currently sitting at 15% of all countries according to the app i use to track, goal is 50% before i am 50.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
That I am always updated with global affairs, out of self preservation I just like to know whats going on and how it will affect me and my family. Definitely helpful for Real Estate.
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?
Gifting stuff when closing say comes, i like gathering hints as to what my client would like or benefit from being gifted.
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?
Books: Been big into stoicism lately so books like “Atomic Habits”, “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie, the let them theory and more. As a kid was definitely more into Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars books. Movies: Big into well shot movies like the Green Book, Wes Anderson directed movies, but any movie that sparks thought and chatter I love. For example: Into the Wild, Minari, Les Intouchables, etc. Shows: Lately, I have been hooked on One Piece, arguably the best ongoing anime in my opinion. And for live action shows, nothing will ever beat Breaking Bad for me. Bands: Huge fan of Sticky Fingers, Mako Road, Ocean Alley and more of this style specifically. Love anything that has a decent mount of work put into production. I dabble all over the place with my music taste.
What is your favourite quote?
“Carpe diem quam minimum credula postero.” Everyone speaks of just the carpe diem part, but the rest of the quote is even more important to me. “Carpe diem” means to seize the day, but “quam minimum credula postero” speaks about believing as little as possible on a next day to come. To appreciate and act today.
