Lisa Kauffmann
Lisa was born and raised in Calgary. Her father was a renowned master custom home builder from Germany, her mother was a home stager before they were called home stagers, so she spent many days on construction sites and show home parades as a young girl, watching people fulfill their dream of owning their own home. This ignited her passion for architecture, design and the world of real estate.

Why did you become a realtor?
Why did you become a realtor?: I have always loved real estate and no matter what place I visit, I always checked out the local listings. I became a realtor because I want my clients to have the best experience in buying or selling their home.
Where do you like to travel?
Where do you like to travel?: Brazil (obviously) Germany, France. Costa Rica is next on my bucket list.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?: I am a human GPS. My sense of direction is something from another world. I like to joke that I am the best person to partner with for the Amazing Race. (another thing on my bucket list)
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?: When I get to hand over the keys to my clients when they get possession of their new home. I like the feeling of knowing that I was part of a big step in their lives and that I made a difference.
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?: I am a huge ‘investigation’ TV junkie. The first season of Narcos is a must see. I also like to read autobiographies of interesting people, whether they are politicians, athletes, business people. Music wise my tastes range from 70’s glamrock to electronica. Favourite bands include(not limited to) Led Zeppelin, Queen, Morcheeba, Belle and Sebastien, Kruder and Dorfmeister as well as Thievery Corporation. I also love good old fashioned samba from Brazil.
