Sean Vickers
Sean grew up in rural British Columbia. An interest in wine eventually led him to study for the Court of Master Sommelier’s and International Sommelier Guild diplomas. He has since worked at some of Calgary’s top restaurants and has enjoyed tailoring each customer’s experience to their wants and needs. He has also spent nine years as a sales representative for one of Alberta’s top wine and spirits importing companies. This allowed him to help retail and restaurant owners curate profitable selections on their shelves and wine/spirits lists to grow their businesses. Helping clients have the best experience possible is something he lives for and has carried over into the real estate profession. Sean takes pride in being a detail-oriented problem solver and has always carried his small town, blue collar work ethic with him.
Why did you become a realtor?
Why did you become a realtor?: I have had many great experiences in real estate: From buying my first home at the age of 20, buying and selling property over the years and owning and operating a vacation rental. I have always had a passion for real estate and wanted to make a career out of helping people the same way other realtors have helped me.
Where do you like to travel?
Where do you like to Travel?: I enjoy travelling to wine country in Napa, Sonoma and the Okanagan. I also love to get some sun in Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?: I played drums and toured Canada in a punk rock band.

What is your favourite part of selling real estate?: I enjoy connecting with clients and helping them and their families make their wishes a reality.

What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?: My favourite book that has helped me the most is “The Compound Effect” by Darren Hardy. I love independent movies such as Coherence, Down With The King, Awaken The Sleeping Giant and Another Earth. My favourite television series is Yellowstone. I listen to a wide range of music, my playlist has a bit of everything.
