Trish Devellano

As a proud Calgary resident for more than 35 years, I’ve built my life around family, community, and helping people feel at home. Before becoming a realtor, I ran an award-winning dayhome business in the Auburn Bay area for 12 years, where I had the privilege of supporting local families and creating a space people could truly count on.

Real estate felt like a natural next step for me. I’ve always loved the excitement and emotion behind buying a home, especially after going through the experience of purchasing my own first home. I knew I wanted to continue running my own business while helping others navigate one of the biggest milestones in their lives.

I especially enjoy working with first-time home buyers, growing families looking to upsize, clients navigating separation or divorce, and investors looking for the right opportunity. My goal is always to make the process feel less overwhelming and more personal, with honest guidance, strong communication, and someone in your corner every step of the way.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and our two teenagers, planning our next getaway somewhere warm, exploring the mountains, or trying out new restaurants as self-proclaimed foodies. We have a seasonal place in Fairmont, BC, where I’m licensed as well, allowing me to help clients both in Calgary and the Columbia Valley area.

Why did you become a realtor?

Buying my first home made me realize how emotional and exciting the whole process really is. I remember the mix of nerves, excitement, and big decisions that come with it, and I knew I wanted to help other people through those moments too. I also loved the idea of continuing to run my own business while building real relationships and helping people find a place that truly feels like home.

Where do you like to travel?

Give me a white sandy beach and I'm a happy girl! but I also love spending time in the mountains. Fairmont, BC is a second home to our family, and we love getting away to our place out there whenever we can.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?

Before real estate, I spent 12 years running an award-winning dayhome and caring for local families in Auburn Bay — which definitely taught me patience, organization, and how to stay calm under pressure, as a family we've also collected & donated close to 17,000 pairs of socks to the Calgary Mustard Seed.

What is your favourite part of selling real estate?

Building relationships and being part of such a big moment in people’s lives. Whether it’s helping first-time buyers get the keys to their first home or helping a family find more space for their next chapter, it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of that journey.

What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?

"Serendipity". It mirrors my own personal love story in a way!

What is your favourite quote?

“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all.” – Helen Keller
